Foreword
I hereby submit my first Annual Report to the Dáil and Seanad pursuant to the provisions of section 40(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003. This is the sixth Annual Report submitted in relation to the work of the Office of the Information Commissioner since it was established in 1998.
